State the use, the quantity of bays or square metres, the destination country, plan dimensions, storey count, design wind speed, ground snow load, seismic design category, crane hook or hangar door height, panel core preference, interior scope, the delivery window and the discharge port. A pre-engineered building (PEB) price without those fields is a budget sketch.
Say whether you expect a portal frame clear span in the 18–60 m discussion band, a 15 m teaching bay, or a workshop with a runway. Name Q355 or S355 if the engineer of record has already fixed the grade. If the wall is an EPS sandwich panel, a PIR sandwich panel or a rock wool sandwich panel, say which, and say whether a fire resistance rating in minutes has been set for the whole wall.
Three boundaries the desk will repeat in the reply: management-system certificates (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) are not a structural approval; a core test is not the rating of the door and the joint; and a code path for one country is not copied to the next. Foundation interface tolerances and lifting point marks are part of delivery, not extras invented after the vessel sails.
